Loading ramp with telescopic lip dock leveller of PAT type is a new solution among broad range of PROMStahl products. Excellent quality of this equipment is the result of 15 years of experience in the field of engineering and manufacturing of dock levellers. Electro-hydraulic loading ramp of PAT type is operated by means of push-buttons of the control system. After raising the platform of the device to the selected height, one can precisely extend the lip to the desired length, which is then placed on the vehicle bed. This is an important advantage of that solution as it enabled loading/unloading of vehicles that do not accurately match the dock. Thus repeated, time-consuming docking can be avoided. During the loading/unloading operations the ramp adapts automatically to the variations of the vehicle bed height (smooth adjustment system).

PAT type loading ramp is the best choice if there is a need to attach a docking system to the building. This requires little preparation and increases the efficiency of the loading and unloading process.

The loading ramp manufactured by PROMStahl is a flexible solution and can be attached to the front of a building under different angles (45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 105°, 120°, 135°). Thanks to that it is possible to use free, sometimes hardly accessible areas and ensures efficient loading/unloading. Steel parts of ramps and platforms are available in galvanized and painted versions. A loading ramp with a dock shelter is also optionally available, which together forms a complete docking system, which can be easily attached to a building.

Load capacity of PAT loading ramp corresponds to load from the fork-lift truck, taking into account the most advantageous load case. PAT loading ramp manufactured by PROMStahl meets all the requirements of the newest European standard EN 1398 and is CE marked. Moreover, it was voluntarily certified by recognized worldwide Technische Überwachungsverein (German Technical Inspection Association) - TÜV receiving symbol GS (Geprüfte Sicherheit) confirming safety of the technical equipment.
